Upon the reception of the Pong Rugged Intelligent Case, I can say that I was a little skeptical as I am with most products until I am able to put them through testing of all its attributes. Upon opening its box, I was happy with the fact that before even breaking its seal that I was able to properly see and feel the product, making me feel that they thought hard about its consumer in what would be important to them. The first thing is to ensure your device (mine being an Iphone 5) is clean so that the protective films can be installed before placing it inside the Intelligent case and between doing that and completion had only taken about 5 min max. I at first gasped as I placed it into it’s perfectly form fitted enclosure due to the fact my signal strength dropped a bar. This is not abnormal if your device is on as think of it as simple as fiddling with a radio antenna. I would recommend for you to turn your device off before you place it on and then turn it on when completed. My signal returned to full strength upon a power cycle of the device.
