Twitter party resources

Are you interested in taking part in a discussion about the food you prepare or how you prepare it, A toy that your child likes and how you feel about it, or maybe that trip you took or plan on taking? If you have yet made a decision about taking on the world of Twitter at it's full extent, and no you don't have to make it a 24/7 thing, I invite you to try it out, you may find you really like it. Creating a twitter account is easy and bloggers have twitter parties all the time throughout the year, giving you great information on products while it gives the company consumer feedback at the same time.

I started a couple of months ago and have won some fantastic prizes, learned some information about companies that I had not previously known and made some new friends. This actually is how I became interested in blogging myself and wanting to help out others in any way I could. Twitter Parties and Chats happen at different times and once you get to know people and follow them you will start to see more and more of them showing up in your twitter feed as well as how to include yourself. They run usually no more than an hour and mainly run in the evening or night. You are not obligated to attend as the choice is yours and they are not there to bombard you for information or forcing product on you. Actually you can watch a twitter parties feed without ever being involved should you be interested and not want to take part as of yet.

One of the best places I've found to use as a calendar of upcoming parties was on Mommy Outside the Box's blog site which is updated pretty well daily, click the picture at the bottom to link to her page. All information is right on the schedule as to who the party is for and links on where to register and whom to follow. There are no fee's involved, you need not purchase anything and no catches...o.k. maybe one. You need to follow the people and company holding the party. What's more simple than that, it's like adding another friend to facebook of YOUR choosing.

If you have any questions on how to start up or anything at all about this process feel free to ask away in the comment section here and I'd be happy to help. You have a much better chance than anything else I've seen to win a prize doing this and on top of it create some great friendships and learn about new product right from people who use it as well as question the company on it.
