Finally a proper Fogless shower Mirror! #Giveaway

 

I want to explain to you that I have very fast growing facial hair to the point I can grow a decently filled in beard in two weeks and could shave easily twice a day should I have the patience too. I can say without exaggeration that I have been looking for a product like this that for about six months and at last finally I can say I have found it. I’ve been to every big box store in our city as well as every family owned and chain drug stores to only find they all had nothing. Could I have jumped online and found this sooner, most definitely, as well as I wish I had but the truth is that I didn’t expect it to be as difficult.

Upon receiving my mirror, I opened it up and the first thing I noticed is the quality of it to be great with its modern fit and finish. It has a little shelf to place your blade when it’s not being used and a storage slide for the squeegee to be placed into. I can say that you don’t need an engineering degree to install, it can be done by anyone very easily and quickly, with its ready tabbed adhesive strips and tiny tube of silicone and case marked exactly where to put it I had it on the wall in a couple of minutes.

Here is where it becomes very interesting. I had placed it on the wall after on a day I had already shaved and would not get the chance to use it until the following to see how it performed. While out with some friends I had mentioned to them about it and was told in a few different ways of how they have used many other brands than this one and they either didn’t work at all or kept partially fogging up and required constant wiping. I told them that I couldn’t relate as I had yet to put mine to the test, however, would inform them tomorrow one way or the other.  Conversations arose as to why we would prefer to shave in the shower by the ladies and the most common answer was that the heat and steam keeps your pores open allowing for a very close shave as well as less chances of razor burn.

Jumping into the shower in the morning and getting it ready was effortless. While you’re testing the water for temperature, fill it with the hot water and place it back into its cradle and it can also be tilted up or down if you need to change the shaving angle for your comfort. I had to run the squeegee over it once before I started as when I filled it water spots were on the mirror, however, the small silicone blade cleaned it like it was never wet and made it ready for use. I lathered up, completed my shave and shower, then upon finishing removed the mirror from the cradle emptied and squeegeed once more.

End result in my opinion is that the ToiletTree Fogless Shower Mirror is Fantastic in every way. The packaging was proper for the product showing what it was and what its uses were. Installation was a breeze and as mentioned installed within a few minutes. Last but absolutely not least, it works as it is intended and I had absolutely NO fogging, not even at the edges. The reason all of the competition and past products didn’t work as my friends mentioned was because they do not operate like this one.  The heat of the water you placed into it keeps the mirror at the same temperature as the shower so that fogging doesn’t occur.  On top of all of this, it is so versatile; it’s been used for checking to ensure no soap is left in your hair when washing as well as by my wife plucking her eyebrows.
